No CAPEX Required – A Fully Financed Solution
Dutch Clean Tech is redefining water treatment with cutting-edge, sustainable solutions that tackle global water scarcity. We finance, build, own, and operate wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) on a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) basis, eliminating the need for governments and municipalities to invest in capital expenditure (CAPEX).
The pay-as-you-use model ensures accountability: we deliver clean water to agreed quality and volume standards (m³), charging a monthly fee. If we fall short, clients don’t pay.

Leveraging over 60 years of expertise with our sister company, Pielkenrood A.V., we deploy advanced Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) technology, which:

Flexible financing – pay-as-you-use model
With backing from our own Dutch private investment fund, we are in a position to finance in full construction and operation of WWTPs in water-stressed regions. We have started to work for example in Mexico and Guatemala, where we also have established operating subsidiaries.
